$1,795 USD (Early Bird) / $1,995 USD (Regular)

What this is

This is a 200-hour Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher Training held at The Yoga Garden Lembongan, an open-air shala set in a tropical garden on Nusa Lembongan, a short boat ride from Sanur, Bali. The program runs 12 days of Yin Yoga and Chinese Medicine study, a two-day integration break, and 12 days of Creative Vinyasa, with 1.5 rest days built into each phase. It's Yoga Alliance accredited, capped at a maximum of 16 students, and closes with a traditional Balinese blessing ceremony and shared meal in the shala.

Who it's for

You don't need to be advanced or especially flexible to join — the site is explicit that curiosity and commitment matter more than flexibility. It suits practitioners who want to go deeper than physical postures, are drawn to both dynamic Vinyasa and the stillness of Yin, and want to understand anatomy and fascia rather than chase perfect shapes. Some join purely to deepen their own practice rather than to teach professionally. If you want a small, personal group over a big-cohort training, this is built for you.

Requirements

  • Valid travel and medical insurance for the full duration of the training
  • Willingness to commit fully to the group training space
  • An open attitude toward learning and group participation
  • Acceptance into the program following application

What you get

  • 200-hour Yoga Alliance-accredited teacher certification
  • Training in Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga
  • Curriculum covering anatomy, fascia, functional movement, breathwork, mudra, meditation, chakras and meridians, yoga philosophy, TCM foundations, and the business/ethics side of teaching
  • Bonus access to an online Yin Yoga & TCM course and a Vinyasa Chakra Healing Manual
  • Daily breakfast included
  • Organised restaurant outings and island excursions woven into the schedule
  • Closing sharing circle and traditional Balinese blessing ceremony

Why this is useful

The training is led by Claire Green, studio owner and Yin lead teacher, who has over 25 years of practice, more than 3,000 hours of teacher training completed, RYT 500 status, and has been based on Nusa Lembongan for six years running personalized Yin Yoga and TCM trainings. She's joined by Fera Ariasih on Vinyasa, plus a supporting local team. What sets this one apart from bigger YTT operations is the size — 16 students max — which the site frames as the reason students get real one-on-one guidance rather than getting lost in a crowd. The island setting itself is also a differentiator: a quieter, slower pace than mainland Bali, with the shala tucked in a garden near the ocean.
